ADAPTER Ford Y-block/ Ford T5 CCW-Rotation
The MDL ADAPTER Ford Y-block/ Ford T5 CCW-Rotation is one of our most popular adapters because it solves this mating of the Y-block & T5 with ease.
Application:
- Passenger car Y-block bellhousing to 83-93 Ford T-5 (input shaft 7.2″ long)
- Truck Y-block TAAB7505 bellhousing to a 94-04 Ford T-5 input shaft (7-7/8″ long).
- Bellhousing Casting number that will work with this adapter
Car AE-6394-B, (will not fit AE-6394-E due to a larger bearing retainer opening. )
Truck TAAB-7505, TAAC-7505-A, & TAAM-7505-B
- (1954-56 and 1961-64) 223ci 6 Cylinder TAAA-7505-A, TAAK-7505-B
The T5 bolt pattern has been clocked 5 degrees Counterclockwise which orients the stock Ford T5 transmission tailstock to place the shifter mount slightly canted toward the driver coming through the floor through the shifter opening. Eliminating the need for large offset stubs in most cases.
This kit comes with all necessary mounting hardware.
