\"\"<\/em><\/strong><\/span>Dear Valued Customer,<\/em><\/strong><\/span> \u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/span> As our communities continue to recover from the impacts of the pandemic, We felt we should share the challenges we \u2014 and many other businesses around the world \u2014 are continuing to face.<\/em><\/strong><\/span>   Recent events worldwide, paired with the demands for products that were not available or delayed due to the pandemic ripple effect have caused manufacturers, supply chains, and delivery services to increase their costs.<\/em><\/strong><\/span> As we all know fuel prices are up, shipping costs are up, and overall pricing to do business is up.<\/em><\/strong><\/span> At MDL we are doing everything we can to maintain competitive pricing as well as passing along our Discounted shipping rates to our customers.<\/em><\/strong><\/span> All of the things we do\u2026 from better packaging to service after the sale, lifetime tech support, and many other ‘added value’ perks will still be part of how we do business.<\/em><\/strong><\/span> We appreciate your faith in us and will continue to serve your 5 & 6-speed needs for years to come.<\/em><\/strong><\/span>   COVID has created major ripple effect challenges for, manufacturing, and warehousing facilities.<\/em><\/strong><\/span> Many are working with reduced staff for health and safety and some facilities are catching up from having to shut down altogether in the last couple of years.<\/em><\/strong><\/span> More recently, however, we’re seeing warehouses at maximum capacity and manufacturing can’t keep up with demand, which is causing a longer delay for new inventory.<\/em><\/strong><\/span> New world events are continuing to change the shape of how business is conducted, MDL is doing its very best to be competitive in the marketplace for you, our customers.<\/em><\/strong><\/span> Thank you.<\/em><\/strong><\/span>   Please be aware:<\/strong><\/em><\/span> Effective October 1, 2021, the United States Postal Service ( USPS) has revised its service standards for certain First-Class Mail items, resulting in a delivery window of up to<\/span> five business days.<\/span><\/strong> Please note this may delay your receipt of mail from us and our receipt of mail from you. Please take this change into account when mailing items to us via USPS.<\/strong><\/span>   There have been significant raw material shortages and supply chain issues, including limited labor availability, and a worldwide imbalance of ocean vessels and containers \u2014 coupled with unforeseen spikes in demand \u2014 which have contributed to extended product lead times, as well as inflationary pressures on prices. As a result of these challenges, you may see select price increases, along with varying lead times and product availability.<\/em><\/strong><\/span>   Rest assured; Modern DriveLine is working toward solutions to supply line challenges as well as alternative ways to fulfill orders in place as well as those to come<\/em><\/strong><\/span> MDL is trying to keep our inventory at stocking levels every day but due to supplier challenges, unfortunately, nothing at this time can be guaranteed.<\/strong><\/em><\/span> We are making every effort to keep the website up to date but oversights do happen<\/strong><\/em><\/span> \u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/span> As always, we are grateful for your business.
