Good driving record<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Job Summary:<\/u> This position is responsible for receiving freight delivery from our suppliers, verifying the count and condition of parts, re-packaging, staging, and tracking of inventory while maintaining an organized warehouse. Preparing items for vendor treatment, timely return of completed products for finished goods inventory, and loading of carrier trucks for domestic and international delivery. Additional responsibilities will include production work for hydraulic and clutch-related pre-assembly, product packaging, and re-stocking. Essential Responsibilities:<\/u> <\/p>\n\n- Maintain the flow of incoming freight inventory and promptly store or prepare for delivery to and from service vendor(s) using the FIFO method (First-In First-Out)<\/li>\n
- Ability to load\/unload freight trucks and safely move materials via pallet jack, forklift, and shop pickup truck<\/li>\n
- Stage, track, and monitor WIP (Work-In-Process) inventory<\/li>\n
- Record data and validate\/maintain proper inventory stocking levels via computer<\/li>\n
- Safely use hand\/power tools in preparing items for stock and shipping readiness<\/li>\n
- Perform other tasks or duties as assigned or needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Additional Responsibilities:<\/u> <\/p>\n\n- Clean, organize, re-stock, and maintain work area readiness<\/li>\n
- Appropriately dispose of recyclable scrap and waste material<\/li>\n
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Qualifications:<\/u> <\/p>\n\n- Ability to reach over and around objects to lift, move and\/or place materials in designated areas (includes bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching above and below shoulder height)<\/li>\n
- Lift objects up to 50 pounds frequently and over 50 pounds with assistance<\/li>\n
- Stand for extended periods of time<\/li>\n
- Understand written and verbal instructions<\/li>\n
- Verbally communicate with co-workers and managers in a productive manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Working Conditions:<\/u><\/p>\n\n- Temperature variances consistent with normal warehouse work environment and must be able to tolerate warm and cold depending on seasonal weather conditions<\/li>\n
- Position will require strength and stamina to complete tasks<\/li>\n
- Availability to occasionally work overtime to meet business needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
