Tremec T-5 5-speed single overdrive manual shift transmisison is perfect for first gen Mustangs as they are light weight, compact and install without modications. Capable of handling over 330ft/lbs of Torgue, with a single overdrive reducing rpms, increasing fuel mileage but more importantly increasing smiles per mile. The offset shifter slides into the OEM shifter hole with the correct back to retain the stock shifter position. This T-5 package was designed for those converting from an automatic or just wanting to start all new parts behind a Ford small block engine.
