Shipping Information

All returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
COD shipments will not be accepted.
Once you have received your RMA number, include a copy of your invoice and ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Important Information

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, and items must be in their original, unaltered condition.
Items returned without an RMA number or after 30 days from the issuance of the RMA number will not be accepted.
A 25% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns, depending on inspection results.
