Shipping Information

• All returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
• COD shipments will not be accepted.
• Once you have received your RMA number, include a copy of your invoice and ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Important Information

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, and items must be in their original, unaltered condition.
• Items returned without an RMA number or after 30 days from the issuance of the RMA number will not be accepted.
• A 25% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns, depending on inspection results.
