- Order Online
Most of our products are orderable online using our
shopping cart. As you browse, click on the
"Add to Shopping Cart" link. When you
are finished, review the items in your shopping cart,
make any necessary changes, and complete the ordering
process. At final checkout the system will ask you
to pay via Visa, Mastercard, Check or a PayPal account.
If you are not comfortable with financial
transactions over the internet, there is an option
to place the order and we will call you to make the
financial arrangements, which can be check by mail
or credit card over the phone.

You may call, email or fax us
with a request that we call you and we will return the
call as soon as possible. We can then take your
information, confirm your order, make payment
arrangements, and estimate shipping dates for you.

To fax your order to us, please provide the
following information and fax it to: 1-208-453-9813.
Or provide the same information and email to orderdesk@moderndriveline.com.

transmission type (so we ensure you get the items you

Method of Payment
We accept checks (which must clear the
bank before shipment), cashiers checks, money orders, credit cards
or PayPal. Upon receipt of an
order we will confirm the order with you. For your
protection we require the shipping address match the
billing address of the credit card used. Your
credit card is not charged until time of shipment.
- Payment Options and Terms
All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping.
Sorry, we do not ship COD. Via prior
approval, we will accept checks and money orders, which
must be received and cleared by the bank before
shipment. If you would like to use a credit
card but do not wish to use our secure site, you may
call and we will take your card information over the
phone.
- Shipping Information
All shipments are via UPS ground unless requested
otherwise. Cost of shipment, handling and insurance will be added to the
total bill. Our shopping cart estimates the
shipping charges. We reserve the right to
change the charged amount when the actual shipping
charges differ more than 10% from the
estimate. Estimated shipping charges are US
domestic only. We strive to keep product on the
shelves ready for shipment, but often demand depletes
stock. We will let you know by phone or email of
the anticipated shipment date, especially if there is a
delay. Keep in mind that UPS can take 7-10 days
depending on the distance from Idaho. We do
not ship COD.
- Order Changes and Cancellations
Any order can be changed or cancelled up to the time
of shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible
if you wish to make any changes and we will do our best
to accommodate your request. You are responsible
for any unrecoverable costs, such as shipping, resulting
from cancellation of an order after shipment.
- Refund/Return Policy
Your satisfaction with our product is
guaranteed. You may return within 30 days of
receipt:
- New item in original packaging and
original/unused condition
- Used core, as long as it is shipped in the box
that contained the new product.
- Any item received in a damaged or defective
condition.
- Any item received in error.
If you need to return an item please call us for
a return authorization.
When returning an item please include a copy of
the invoice and information concerning the reason
for returning the item and if you desire a refund or
exchange
All returns must be freight pre-paid.
Please do not return items COD because we cannot
accept them.
Returns are subject to a
20% restocking fee.
We will refund shipping charges only if we have
sent the wrong item or if the item is defective.
If you are exchanging (restocking fee waved),
please let us know what you would like by indicating
your preference on the receipt. We will issue
a store credit if you are not ready to purchase.
All credits (except store credit) will be placed
on the credit card used for the original
purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the
credit to appear on your statement.
All returns must be new, unused, undamaged and
packed in the original packing material.
When returning, insure the shipment for the value
of the item.

The nature of our products and services prevent all
combinations of products to be listed and purchased
directly. Please send us an email with your
specific requirements so that we may quote you with the
products or packages that fit your exact needs.
- Warranty
All products come with a limited ninety day
warranty against defects in materials or workmanship
unless noted otherwise.

processors is not kept or used by them except in the
processing of your order.
