Bob Ream was inspired to build a nostalgic racer modernized with a 427 aluminum Dart block, and TREMEC T56 Magnum 6-speed transmission, among other changes.
Bob knows something about vintage cars and modernization. He owns Imagine Injection, Inc. in Glendale, AZ, building Electronic Fuel Injection systems with the look of Weber carburetors of yesterday. You will see an example of his work in the close-up views of the engine compartment as well as the stacks coming up out of the hood.
The Details
After a couple of years of building, Bob showed of the results at the 2012 SEMA show in the Atech Motorsports booth. Needless to say, it garnered a lot of attention.
