    Description

    Running a hydraulic release bearing setup in your GM-powered build? Standard clutch kits weren't designed with concentric slave cylinder clearance in mind, leading to fitment headaches and binding issues. The MDL Superior 11-inch GM clutch kit solves this problem with a diaphragm pressure plate specifically engineered with a lower lever height, providing the clearance hydraulic CSC systems demand while delivering 500 HP capacity for serious performance applications.

    The disc features Kevlar/Kevlar facings on both friction surfaces - a material choice that delivers exceptional heat dissipation, consistent bite characteristics, and extended service life compared to organic facings. This makes the kit equally at home on the street, at open track days, or road course events where repeated hard launches and sustained high-temperature operation are the norm. The sprung hub design absorbs drivetrain shock loads and smooths out engagement, eliminating the harshness that plagues many high-performance clutch setups.

    Every Superior clutch is hand-assembled at MDL's Caldwell, Idaho facility. The discs are double-riveted to maintain quality and flawless operation - no shortcuts, no outsourced assembly.
