Description

When installing a 0.500" spacer plate between your T56 or T56 Magnum transmission and bellhousing, standard-length dowel pins become too short to maintain proper engagement. These extended dowel pins solve that critical fitment issue by providing the additional length needed to pass through the spacer plate thickness while still ensuring solid engagement on both sides.

T56 Magnum transmissions use dowel pins positioned at the 2 and 10 o'clock locations to precisely locate the transmission to the bellhousing - making proper dowel pin engagement absolutely critical for drivetrain longevity. Unlike transmissions that register off the front bearing retainer, the T56/Magnum registers directly off these dowel pins.
