Description

This 11" clutch kit solves the power-handling problem when you need more than stock torque capacity but can't fit a larger diameter disc or upgrade to a heavier pressure plate. The ceramic friction material on the flywheel side delivers a higher coefficient of friction than organic materials, creating more holding power with the same clamping force. The Kevlar facing on the pressure plate side provides progressive engagement and heat resistance, making this hybrid configuration ideal for street-driven performance cars that see occasional track use.

The ceramic side features iron particles that actually increase friction as temperatures rise, maintaining consistent bite under extreme conditions. For racing applications, ceramics engage quickly and handle extreme heat and abuse, while the Kevlar side moderates the harshness for daily drivability. This combination gives you hard-hitting bite for launching and rapid engagement for performance driving without the on/off characteristics of full ceramic discs.
