This Superior Series clutch kit features a diaphragm pressure plate engineered with low lever height geometry, creating additional clearance for hydraulic concentric slave cylinder (CSC) bearings in tight bellhousing applications. The sprung hub design absorbs drivetrain shock loads while distributing stress evenly across the input shaft splines, extending component life even under repeated hard use. Bronze facings actually increase their friction coefficient as they heat up, thanks to embedded iron particles that activate under temperature—exactly what you want when staging at the tree.
Every Superior clutch is hand-assembled at MDL's Idaho facility. Each kit is inspected and double-checked for accuracy before boxing, so you receive a ready-to-install assembly right out of the box.
