Description
Connecting a GM LS engine to a classic 4-speed transmission with hydraulic release requires a clutch set engineered specifically for that combination. The Superior 11" Clutch Set bridges this gap with the correct spline count, bolt pattern, and lever geometry to deliver smooth, consistent engagement through a hydraulic system.
The dual-material disc design pairs Kevlar friction material on the flywheel side with steel-backed organic material facing the pressure plate. This combination delivers progressive pedal feel and smooth takeoff characteristics while providing the heat resistance needed for spirited driving. The sprung hub isolates the drivetrain from engine harmonics and reduces gear rattle at idle.
The diaphragm pressure plate features a low lever height specifically engineered for hydraulic throwout bearings.
