The pedal set features an OEM replacement design with a removable pivot shaft that streamlines installation compared to original fixed-shaft assemblies. The forward-position firewall master cylinder mount configuration works specifically with power brake setups.
The bolt-style cross-shaft design is engineered exclusively for cars that originally had bolt-style pedal hangers - this kit will not work with pin-style hangers with clips. When converting from an automatic, the stock pedal support is used, making installation straightforward without compatibility concerns. The assembly is designed to use either the stock automatic or manual pedal support.
