Description
Ditch the factory plastic shift knob that cracks, fades, and looks tired after a few seasons. This R-Series shift ball is built from specially formulated high-impact polymer resin designed specifically for the automotive industry - engineered to handle performance-level torque loads and temperature extremes without developing stress cracks over time.
The pearl-gray racing stripes that wrap around this 2-1/8" diameter ball are not painted, printed, or applied as decals. They are permanently inlaid beneath the surface during manufacturing, giving you graphics that physically cannot wear off no matter how many miles you put on the car. The entire surface is precision-machined and polished to a high-gloss finish that maintains its showroom appearance under daily use.
At the core sits a 16mm x 1.50 solid brass master insert that exceeds the automotive industry specification of 200 ft-lbs static pull and 20 ft-lbs twist torque - this knob is not coming loose. The included brass jam nut locks everything down tight. Thread adapters are available if your shifter uses a different thread pattern.
Direct fitment for 2011-2017 Mustang V6, 2015-2022 Mustang EcoBoost, 2011-2022 Mustang GT, 2012-2013 Mustang Boss 302, 2014-2019 Fiesta ST, 2013-2018 Focus ST, and 2016-2018 Focus RS models.
