This 2-1/8" diameter white shift knob features bold black racing stripes that frame the 5-speed shift pattern without crossing through it -- a clean, purposeful design that looks right in any classic muscle car, late-model pony car, or hot hatch interior.
The engineering starts where it counts: at the 16mm x 1.50 solid brass master insert. This insert exceeds the auto industry's specification of 200 ft. lbs. static pull and 20 ft. lbs. twist torque, so it won't strip, spin, or work loose no matter how hard you bang through gears. The polymer resin body is specially formulated to resist stress cracks with aging and handles the temperature swings and abuse of daily driving and track use alike.
Unlike painted or printed shift knobs that wear through to bare plastic within a season, the R-Series uses subsurface graphics embedded beneath the polished surface. The stripes and shift pattern cannot wear off, fade, or peel -- they're part of the knob itself.
