Factory shift levers are functional but forgettable. This Lokar 6-inch layback lever replaces that bland stick with a race-inspired billet aluminum design that looks as good as it feels in your hand. The layback profile positions the knob closer to the driver for a more natural grip angle during spirited driving, while the rigid tubular construction eliminates the flex that plagues stamped-steel factory pieces.
Engineered for direct bolt-on installation, this lever fits any TREMEC or Borg Warner shifter assembly using the standard 2-bolt flange pattern with 7/8-inch center-to-center bolt spacing. That covers the T5, T45, T56, TKO-500, TKO-600, TKX, and Magnum transmissions running stock or aftermarket shifter mechanisms. The machined billet steel mounting stud is drilled and countersunk for the included metric cap screws, delivering a flush, finished appearance with no exposed bolt heads.
