The aluminum master cylinder features a 0.75-inch bore with a long-stroke design that generates the fluid volume required by today's hydraulic slave cylinders. Unlike direct-mount systems that create heavy pedal pressure and firewall interference, the LF Series positions the master cylinder directly in front of the clutch pedal using the stock clutch rod hole. This approach reduces loading on both the firewall and the pedal pivot shaft while maintaining proper pedal geometry.
The firewall support plate mounts behind the brake master cylinder or booster -- positioning the load where the firewall is structurally strongest and eliminating flex under pedal pressure. The black anodized billet aluminum remote reservoir features OE-quality construction with a clamp-free design that eliminates potential leak points.
