Description
When you're building a Fox Body, every component in your drivetrain matters -- including the shaft that connects your T5 to the rear axle. Factory driveshafts weren't designed for upgraded suspensions, lowered ride heights, or any transmission swap work you've done along the way. This custom steel driveshaft is engineered specifically for 1979-1993 Mustangs running a T5 five-speed with the Ford 28-spline output shaft and an 8.8 rear differential using the small flange pinion setup.
The 3.0-inch steel tube provides the rigidity needed for street and spirited driving, while the forged steel slip yoke mates precisely to your T5's 28-spline output. The 1310 series universal joints are matched to the small bolt pattern found on most V8 Mustang 8.8 rear ends. Every driveshaft is professionally balanced and painted black for corrosion resistance and a clean underbody appearance.
