Forged from 8740 chromoly steel and heat-treated before thread rolling and machining, these bolts achieve a tensile strength rating between 190,000 and 200,000 psi -- far exceeding anything that came stock. The heat-treat-then-roll manufacturing sequence maximizes fatigue resistance where it matters most: at the thread roots.

The flat 12-point head design offers superior tool engagement compared to hex-head bolts, reducing the chance of rounding during installation or when breaking loose old hardware. A larger-than-stock shank diameter improves flywheel register and centering. Each kit includes installation grease to ensure consistent, accurate torque readings.
