Description

Built by Inland Empire Driveline Service using 6061-T6 D.O.M. aluminum tubing, it cuts rotating mass compared to steel while maintaining the torsional rigidity needed for reliable power transfer in street and performance applications.
The 3.0" diameter tube uses 0.125" wall thickness -- substantially heavier than the 0.065" or 0.083" tubing found in budget builds. This thicker wall resists flex under load, reducing vibration and delivering consistent power to the rear wheels. The 6061-T6 aluminum forged weld yokes match the tube's grain structure for maximum strength at the weld joint, and Inland Empire's state-of-the-art welding processes ensure reliable bonds that have passed Spicer's dynamic reverse torsion testing.
The 28-spline forged steel slip yoke provides precise engagement with your transmission output shaft, while the proven 1310 series u-joint handles the torque loads reliably.
