Where external slaves often create interference with headers, crossmembers, or bellhousing configurations, this internal slip-on design mounts directly onto the transmission input shaft bearing retainer - delivering consistent clutch actuation without the packaging headaches.

    Tilton's precision-machined billet aluminum body and piston deliver race-proven reliability in a street-friendly package. The constant-contact design maintains continuous engagement with the pressure plate fingers - no gap to manage, no helper springs required. As your clutch wears, the bearing automatically compensates, maintaining identical pedal feel from installation through replacement. The high-temperature monoseal with quad tensioner provides maximum seal integrity under demanding conditions, while newly designed double O-ring swivel fittings have been extensively tested to prevent leakage.

    The stainless steel threaded adjustment sleeve provides nearly 1.25 inches of adjustability, enabling compatibility with most 8.5-inch to 11-inch bent-finger and lever-type diaphragm clutches. Total bearing height ranges from 1.77 inches to 3.00 inches, giving you the flexibility to dial in precise preload regardless of clutch configuration. Compatibility extends to most bellhousings - unlike external slaves limited to specific applications, this internal design works with original 4-speed bells, big block bells, and aftermarket housings.
