This MDL install hardware kit provides the correct fasteners for both the bellhousing-to-engine block and transmission-to-bellhousing connections, eliminating trips to the hardware store and the headache of sourcing individual bolts with the right thread pitch and length.
The TKX uses a GM-style bolt pattern that shares commonality with classic small-block Chevys, but aluminum bellhousings demand specific bolt lengths to properly engage the softer material without bottoming out or stripping threads.
