The Wilwood Compact Remote Flange Mount Master Cylinder solves this problem with an ultra-short 3.37" body length that provides 2.16" of additional clearance between the mounting flange and fluid outlet compared to standard units. Despite the compact footprint, the full 1.12" piston stroke meets or exceeds the stroke capacity of most full-size master cylinders.
The 13/16" (0.813") bore size produces 0.520 square inches of piston area and displaces 0.58 cubic inches of fluid per stroke--ideal for hydraulic clutch applications where consistent engagement and positive pedal feel matter. The 1/8"-27 NPT fluid outlet port is strategically positioned at the top radius of the cylinder bore to minimize trapped air, ensuring reliable bleeding and consistent hydraulic response.
