    Description

    Mechanical clutch linkage on a '64-'67 Chevelle means constant adjustments, inconsistent pedal feel, and a firewall cluttered with rods and brackets. The Stealth Series Hydraulic Clutch Master System eliminates all of it. This complete in-dash system mounts behind the dash on the factory pedal hanger, converting your clutch actuation to smooth hydraulic operation while maintaining a factory-clean appearance inside and out.

    What sets this kit apart is the three-position pedal design - the only system on the market that lets you dial in exactly how your clutch reacts. By repositioning the master cylinder attachment point on the custom clutch pedal, you can fine-tune pedal travel and engagement feel to match your driving style and clutch setup. Spherical mounting points ensure smooth, bind-free operation throughout the pedal stroke, eliminating the inconsistent feel common in bushing-based systems.

    The newly designed 2100 Series billet aluminum reservoir features a silver anodized finish and an improved cap with side-top vents that prevent water intrusion while allowing proper system breathing. Its compact size allows flexible mounting wherever you choose. This system works with existing industry slave cylinders and hydraulic release bearings, so you can pair it with the slave setup that fits your transmission and bellhousing combination. Uses DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid. Proudly made in the USA.

    Q. Why won't my transmission go into gear? A. Check your 'Master Cylinder throw distance, it should be 1.4". You may have to adjust your clutch pedal height in the vehicle. Q. Why is my pedal bottoming out ? A. Adjust your clevis and your pedal, balance the amount of adjustment you need between the two until your pedal does not bottom out anymore. Q. My pedal feels spongy and the slave cylinder does move right away. A. You have air trapped in the system, re-bleed the system again, follow the bleed instructions, or see the video on bleeding hydraulics on this page under the Video Tab Q. What type of fluid do I use in my clutch hydraulics? A. DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid only in this application. There is no need for high temp brake fluid. Q. Will this kit work a stock clutch pedal? A. No, this is why the Stealth Series hydraulic master cylinder kit includes a custom clutch pedal with three different adjustable pivot points and fits an original factory pedal support with no modifications.
