The 10.5in diaphragm pressure plate features a lower lever height design engineered specifically for hydraulic release systems. This geometry optimizes travel and minimizes the additional effort hydraulic throwout bearings require, eliminating the spongy or inconsistent feel that can plague clutches not designed for hydraulic actuation. The result is crisp engagement and confident shifting whether you are running an internal or external slave cylinder setup.
Rated at 450 ft-lb of torque, this kit handles modified small blocks, LS swaps, and big block street builds with confidence. Every Superior clutch disc is hand-built at MDL's Idaho facility with exacting tolerances and double-checked quality control before shipping. The kit includes both Chevy and BOP pilot bushings, covering the majority of GM V8 applications without requiring additional parts. Fits GM bellhousings with the 11-5/8in equidistant bolt pattern.
