The steel backing on the organic friction material eliminates disc flexing under load, maintaining consistent engagement characteristics and extending service life compared to standard unbacked organic facings. The sprung hub design absorbs drivetrain shock during engagement, reducing wear on the transmission input shaft and providing the smooth, progressive feel daily drivers demand. The heavy-duty diaphragm pressure plate delivers increased clamp load over stock while keeping pedal effort reasonable for street use.
This kit fits Ford applications using the 10.4" metric clutch pattern with metric bolts and alignment pins.
