This 10.4" metric clutch features a hybrid friction material strategy - Kevlar facing on the pressure plate side provides aggressive bite and exceptional heat resistance, while steel-backed organic material on the flywheel side delivers smooth engagement and extended service life. The diaphragm-style pressure plate uses Ford's 10.4" metric bolt pattern with 8mm bolts and precision dowel pins for rock-solid alignment and zero chatter. With a 450 ft-lbs torque capacity, this clutch handles serious small-block Ford power while the sprung hub absorbs the driveline shock that would otherwise stress transmission synchronizers and gears. The 26-spline x 1-1/8" disc fits TKO, TKX, 3550, and T-5 transmissions equipped with the larger input shaft.
