This MDL Superior clutch kit solves both problems with a Kevlar/organic hybrid disk that doubles service life while maintaining the street manners your daily-driven Ford deserves. Engineered for Ford 10.5" Long pattern flywheels with the correct 3-1/8" bolt spacing and 5/16" fasteners, this kit drops right onto classic small block Fords running four-speed or T5 transmissions.
The clutch disk features genuine Kevlar facing on the pressure plate side for durability and heat resistance, while the organic material on the flywheel side delivers smooth, progressive engagement without the harshness of full-race friction materials. The fully sprung hub incorporates marcel springs that dampen drivetrain shock and eliminate the chatter that plagues cheaper clutch kits.
