    Description

    When your Ford Big Block build needs serious holding power without the harsh engagement of ceramic pucks, this MDL Superior 11" clutch set delivers the ideal balance. Dual Kevlar/Kevlar friction facings provide exceptional heat resistance and wear characteristics while maintaining the smooth, progressive engagement that makes a performance car livable on the street. Rated at 500 horsepower, this setup handles everything from spirited street driving to open-track days without breaking a sweat.

    The 12-3/8" equidistant bolt pattern fits Ford flywheels drilled for diaphragm-style pressure plates using 3/8"-16 fasteners. Unlike the older long-style pressure plates with their paired bolt arrangement, the equidistant pattern spaces all six bolts evenly around the 12-3/8" diameter circle. The diaphragm design delivers consistent clamping force throughout the friction material's life while requiring less pedal effort than comparable long-style units.

    Every Superior clutch disk is hand-built in-house at MDL, giving complete control over quality and tolerances. Each assembly is checked and double-checked for accuracy before it ships, so you receive a ready-to-install component right out of the box. The sprung hub design dampens driveline shock for improved drivability, while the Kevlar facings offer 2-3 times the service life of organic materials when properly broken in.

    Designed for hydraulic actuation systems on 26-spline transmissions including the TREMEC TKO, TKX, T5, and other popular swaps. Pressure plate bolts not included. Made in the USA and backed by MDL's 1-year free-from-defect warranty and lifetime technical support.
