This MDL Superior clutch set bridges that gap, pairing a GM 11" pressure plate with a Ford 10-spline clutch disk so you can mate GM-pattern flywheels to Ford T5, TKX, or TKO transmissions without compromise.
The diaphragm pressure plate features a low lever height specifically engineered for hydraulic release systems. That reduced lever height eliminates the geometry conflicts that cause premature throwout bearing wear, incomplete disengagement, and pedal-effort issues when running hydraulic slaves behind GM-pattern clutches. If you are using an internal or external hydraulic slave cylinder, this is the pressure plate design you need.
