    Description

    Hydraulic concentric slave cylinders create fitment challenges that standard pressure plates weren't designed to solve. The MDL Superior Kevlar/Kevlar clutch set addresses this head-on with a lower lever height diaphragm pressure plate specifically engineered to provide the additional clearance required for hydraulic CSC installations in Chevy-pattern applications. No more binding, no more interference--just clean, reliable actuation.

    The clutch disc features Kevlar friction facings on both sides, delivering the best of both worlds: smooth, progressive engagement for comfortable street driving and exceptional durability under demanding track conditions. Kevlar materials handle high heat levels without fading and last 2-3 times longer than organic facings. Unlike ceramic compounds that can be grabby or chattery, Kevlar engages smoothly while still providing the holding power needed for performance applications up to 400 lb-ft of torque.

    Every MDL Superior clutch is hand-assembled in-house at our Caldwell, Idaho facility. This isn't mass-production--it's methodical quality control. Each disc is built to exacting tolerances and inspected before it ships, ensuring you receive a ready-to-install premium product right out of the box. The 10-spline, 1-1/16" hub works with Ford input shafts, while the 10.5" pressure plate bolts to standard Chevy 11-5/8" equal pattern flywheels.

    Built for performance street and open track applications, this kit includes everything you need except the throwout bearing--the low-profile pressure plate, Kevlar-faced sprung hub disc, pilot bushing, and alignment tool. Backed by a 1-year free-from-defect warranty and proudly made in the USA.
