This 10.5" clutch set combines the best of both friction worlds -- Kevlar facing on one side for exceptional durability and steel-backed organic on the other for smooth, controllable engagement that won't chatter at stoplights or punish your left leg in traffic.
The dual-friction design eliminates the harsh engagement characteristics of aggressive clutch materials while maintaining the holding power needed for modified engines. Kevlar offers extended service life and consistent performance through repeated heat cycles, while the organic side provides the progressive bite characteristics you want for daily driving. The sprung hub design with damper springs absorbs drivetrain shock spikes that can damage transmission synchronizers and other components, making this clutch suitable for both street performance and weekend cruising.
Every MDL Superior clutch is hand-assembled in-house to ensure quality and flawless operation, with components checked and double-checked for accuracy before shipping. The diaphragm-style pressure plate with 11-5/8" bolt pattern is engineered specifically for Mopar applications using mechanical clutch linkage.
