Rated to 375 ft-lbs of torque and compatible with engines producing up to 550 horsepower, this kit pairs a heavy-duty diaphragm pressure plate with a steel-backed organic friction disc for confident launches without the harsh engagement of aggressive racing compounds.
The steel backing plate provides structural rigidity under load while the organic facing material delivers progressive, predictable pedal feel—exactly what you want for stoplight-to-stoplight driving or weekend cruising. The sprung hub design further isolates driveline vibration and shock, reducing chatter and extending component life.
Every Superior Series clutch disc is hand-assembled in-house at MDL's Idaho facility. Each unit is double-checked for exacting tolerances and flawless operation before it ships, so you receive a ready-to-install premium piece right out of the box. The kit includes a .670" ID pilot bushing sized for standard Mopar applications and a pilot-tip alignment tool for proper disc centering during installation.
This clutch set uses the 11-5/8" equidistant bolt pattern found on most Mopar V8 flywheels and is designed for mechanical clutch linkage applications. Proudly made in the USA and backed by a 1-year free-from-defect warranty with lifetime tech support. Note: Throwout bearing sold separately.
