Forged - not cast - chromoly steel handles the increased torque loads that modern builds produce, making this an essential upgrade for street, strip, and track duty.

Sonnax precision-machines every yoke from billet steel to guarantee exceptional balance and minimal runout. The 28-spline full-spline configuration engages securely with the transmission output shaft, while the clean-cut splines mate smoothly without the rough edges found on lesser yokes. The 1350 series U-joint ears accept 1-3/16" caps for compatibility with heavy-duty driveshaft assemblies.

Every Sonnax slip yoke is 100% leak-tested to 40 PSI, with the seal plug O.D.-ground for a superior seal against the transmission's rear output seal. The smooth outer journal provides uniform contact with the seal to prevent leaks and promote proper fore/aft yoke action. With a 5" barrel length, this yoke ensures adequate engagement in the tail housing bushing throughout the full range of suspension travel.
