The Tremec T-5 5-speed single-overdrive manual transmission is perfect for second-gen Mustangs, as it is lightweight, compact, and installs without modifications. Capable of handling over 330ft/lbs of torque, with a single overdrive reducing rpm, increasiasing fuel mileage but more importantly increasing smiles per mile. The 2" offset shifter retains the stock shift lever position. This T-5 package was designed for those converting from manual transmission using a QuickTime Mustang II bellhousing for added safety which would allow for 157 tooth ring gear flywheel and 10.4" clutch set options.
