- Built-in retaining tabs lock securely to pedal arm without clips or adhesive
- Dimensions: 15/16-inch height x 5/8-inch width acorn shape
- Sets proper pedal height and prevents brake master cylinder pushrod overtravel

Description
When factory pedal stops deteriorate or go missing, brake pedal travel becomes excessive and the master cylinder pushrod can pull out too far, compromising your brake system's seal and response. This replacement pedal stop restores proper pedal height and prevents costly master cylinder damage on your classic Ford.
The stop is molded from EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber, a synthetic compound engineered specifically for automotive applications. Unlike pure rubber or inferior formulations that become brittle with temperature swings and UV exposure, EPDM maintains its flexibility and durability over the long haul. It resists drying and shrinking from the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays, making it the right material for a component that lives inside the firewall where heat cycles are constant.
The acorn-shaped design with integrated retaining tabs snaps directly onto the pedal arm with no additional hardware, clips, or adhesive required. Precision-molded to 15/16-inch height and 5/8-inch width, the stop sets correct travel limits for 1965-1966 Mustang clutch and brake pedals. This same stop also fits as a brake pedal stop across Ford's lineup from 1955-1968.
