Description
The factory TR-3650 shifter does the job, but when you want shorter throws and a crisper shift feel, the Qwik Stik is the direct-replacement upgrade that bolts right in. This precision-machined shifter drops into the factory location on your Ford 3650 transmission, eliminating the fitment headaches and floor modifications that plague aftermarket shifter installations.
The engineering here is straightforward but effective. Billet aluminum construction cuts weight while the close-ratio/short throw geometry tightens up shift action compared to the stock unit. The Belleville washer detent system is the key to the Qwik Stik's tactile feedback - these spring washers create the positive, crisp engagement gearheads demand, especially on the critical 2-3 shift where many factory shifters feel vague. The no-stop design means when you need to service the shifter, you can do it without fighting restrictive internal components.
The compact top turret slides through existing floor openings, and the high-temperature lower dust boot keeps transmission fluid in and debris out.
