Description
The TREMEC Magnum F ships with an isolator-style top cover shifter designed to reduce noise and vibration - but that shifter won't clear the factory console opening in '93-'02 Camaros and Firebirds without modification. The Qwik Stik solves that problem with a compact, precision-machined shifter assembly that drops directly into the stock tunnel opening while delivering the short-throw, close-ratio performance serious drivers demand.
This straight-up stub configuration places the shift lever exactly where the original T-56 shifter sat - no offset, no tunnel mods, no fighting with console alignment. The billet aluminum construction and anodized finish shed weight while resisting corrosion far better than cast components. Belleville washers replace traditional coil springs for consistent detent pressure that won't fade over time, delivering the crisp 2-3 engagement that separates a precise shifter from a sloppy one.
