Description
The TREMEC TKX's compact design is a blessing for tunnel clearance, but the factory shifter doesn't always land where your console or floor opening needs it. The Qwik Stik solves this problem with a smaller top turret and precision positioning that brings your shift lever back to the factory location. This close-ratio, short-throw shifter delivers lightning-quick response while maintaining OEM ergonomics through its 1" or 1.5" backward offset configuration.
The precision-machined billet aluminum plates mount directly to the TKX transmission, eliminating guesswork in shifter placement. The 7/8 in. on-center mounting pattern ensures compatibility with most aftermarket shift levers. Simply attach your shift lever, boot, and shift knob and you're ready to drive.
Unlike conventional shifters with mechanical stops that can break or wear out, the Qwik Stik uses a Belleville washer system to create excellent detent feel. This design delivers crisp, positive shifts—especially the critical 2-3 shift—while allowing easy access to internal components when service is required. The high-temperature dust boot protects internal components from contamination, and the anodized finish resists wear and corrosion for years of reliable operation.
