The OEM T56 Magnum shifter works fine in factory applications, but when you're dropping one of these 700 lb-ft capable transmissions into a classic Mustang, shifter placement becomes a real problem. This front-position shifter provides a 2" left offset combined with your choice of .65" or 1.15" rearward positioning. The narrow shift body clears factory floor openings without cutting, so your tunnel stays intact. Belleville washers replace traditional detent mechanisms, delivering the consistent engagement pressure that translates to lightning-fast 2-3 shifts with positive gate feel every time.
