The Qwik Stik Shifter solves that problem with a 1" straight forward stub offset that positions the shift lever exactly where you need it for stock 4.950" depth bellhousings. This close ratio, short-throw design delivers the quick, precise shifts your Magnum F deserves.
The precision-machined billet aluminum base plate mounts directly to your transmission, taking all the guesswork out of shifter placement. Unlike factory shifters with mechanical stops that can break or wear over time, the Qwik Stik uses Belleville spring washers to create positive shift detent. This design produces crisp 2-3 shifts while also allowing easy access when the transmission needs servicing. The high-temperature lower dust boot keeps contaminants out while the 7/8-inch on-center shifter stub accepts most popular aftermarket shift levers.
This shifter is engineered specifically for TREMEC Magnum F transmissions in 1982-1992 Camaro and Firebird applications. The rear shifter position works with the Magnum F's unique tailcase location, which sits between the standard Magnum and extended Magnum XL positions.
