Description
The TREMEC Magnum's factory shifter wasn't designed for the tight tunnel opening of a classic Chevelle. MDL's Qwik Stik solves this problem with a compact turret design that clears the factory shifter opening while delivering short-throw precision worthy of TREMEC's 700 lb-ft-rated 6-speed.
These precision-machined billet aluminum plates bolt directly to your Magnum transmission, eliminating guesswork in shifter placement. The straight-up stub with no offset replaces the OEM configuration, and the 7/8-inch on-center mounting pattern accepts most aftermarket shift levers - giving you complete control over handle length and ergonomics. Belleville washers create the positive detent action that defines crisp gate selection, particularly noticeable during quick 2-3 shifts where lesser shifters hunt or feel vague.
