Description
When your Tilton 6000 Series hydraulic release bearing develops roughness, increased resistance, or a notchy feel during rotation, this genuine replacement flat-face bearing restores smooth, consistent operation. Rather than replacing the entire HRB assembly, this service component lets you renew just the wear item - the bearing itself - while keeping your existing piston and hydraulic body in service.
The flat-face profile is specifically designed for pressure plates with flared or bent finger tips, providing proper contact geometry across the 47mm - 66mm contact diameter range. This makes it compatible with most 8.5" - 11" bent-finger and diaphragm-type clutches. The bearing features an OD-spinning design that press-fits onto your existing release bearing piston, eliminating the play and inconsistency that develops as bearings wear.
This is the same high-quality bearing Tilton installs in their factory HRB assemblies - not an aftermarket substitute. It fits a wide range of Tilton hydraulic release bearing part numbers including the 60-1100, 60-3100, 60-4100, 60-5100, 60-61xx, and 60-8100 series. The only exception is the 9000-Series, which uses a different bearing configuration.
