Description
When your hydraulic clutch system demands precise fluid control and clean plumbing, the Tilton 76 Series master cylinder delivers the performance and routing flexibility that single-port designs simply cannot match. This 13/16-inch (.813-inch) bore master cylinder combines race-proven engineering with dual outlet ports that solve the routing headaches common in tight engine bays and custom builds.
The 76 Series retains the rear AN-3 outlet port from previous designs while adding an extra-deep top outlet port that accommodates both AN-3 fittings and banjo connections. This dual-port configuration lets you run hydraulic lines where they need to go without fighting clearance issues or hunting for custom adapters. Either port can connect to bleed lines, pressure sensors, or brake light switches, giving you the flexibility to configure your system exactly how your build requires.
The engineering behind the compact body matters for more than just aesthetics. The black anodized aluminum alloy construction provides excellent corrosion resistance while keeping weight to a minimum. The 1.1-inch stroke delivers the fluid displacement needed for a wide variety of clutch and brake applications, and the industry standard 2.25-inch center-to-center front flange mount ensures compatibility with most pedal assemblies. The 7/16-inch-20 inlet port accepts AN-4 fittings for remote-mounted reservoirs, or the adapter can be removed to accept direct screw-on reservoirs.
ABS WARNING: Not designed for use with ABS systems due to high-pressure pulsations that may damage the high-pressure seal.
