Description
Running lines in a crowded engine compartment gets complicated fast - especially when your master cylinder only has one outlet and it's pointing the wrong direction. The Tilton 76 Series solves that problem with dual AN-3 outlet ports: a standard-depth rear port and an extra-deep top port designed to accept banjo fittings. Use either port for your primary line, and the other becomes a convenient connection point for a bleed fitting, brake pressure sensor, or brake light switch.
The 0.875" bore on this unit delivers precise hydraulic actuation for clutch or brake applications. With 1.1" of stroke, the 76 Series displaces enough fluid for a wide variety of setups. The 7/16"-20 inlet port accepts AN-4 fittings when using a remote-mounted reservoir. Remove the adapter and you can thread on Tilton screw-on reservoirs directly (1-1/8"-20 thread). Both outlet ports work with standard fittings - no modifications or adapters required.
The compact, lightweight body is machined from aluminum alloy and black anodized for corrosion resistance. The industry-standard 2.25" center-to-center flange mount fits Tilton 600-Series and 800-Series (clutch only) pedal assemblies and balance bars. The reliable seal/piston design uses the same rebuild kit as the 75 Series, so parts availability is excellent. Note: Not designed for use with ABS systems.
