Description
When your Tilton 76-Series master cylinder starts showing signs of internal wear—fluid bypassing, spongy pedal feel, or inconsistent pressure—this rebuild kit restores reliable operation without replacing the entire unit. The 76-Series is a proven racing and performance master cylinder design with a compact, lightweight body and dual AN-3 outlet ports that allow flexible plumbing options for brake pressure sensors, bleed ports, or brake light switches.
This kit addresses the most common failure points in hydraulic master cylinders: worn internal seals that allow fluid to bypass the piston and contaminated sealing surfaces that compromise system pressure. The 1.1" stroke provides the fluid displacement needed for a wide variety of clutch and brake applications, making proper seal integrity critical for consistent pedal response and hydraulic function.
The 76-Series master cylinder features a black anodized aluminum alloy body with a standard 2.25" center-to-center flange mount pattern, a 7/16"-20 inlet port for AN-4 fittings or direct screw-on reservoirs, and dual AN-3 outlet ports—a standard-depth rear port and an extra-deep top port that accepts banjo fittings. This rebuild kit restores internal function while maintaining compatibility with all these features.
Kit Includes
- All 76-Series master cylinder internal seals and piston components
- Dust boot
