Description

When upgrading a driveline or swapping rear ends, you often end up with a 1330-series component on one end and a 1350-series yoke on the other. This Neapco conversion u-joint solves the mismatch by combining 1-1/16" bearing caps on the 1330 side with 1-3/16" caps on the 1350 side—both with a 3-5/8" lock-up distance—so you can connect components without replacing yokes or fabricating a new driveshaft.

The solid body, non-greaseable design provides a meaningful strength advantage over greaseable joints. Cross-drilling a u-joint body for grease passages creates stress concentration points that can crack under high torque loads. By eliminating that hole entirely, this cold-formed solid body maintains full material integrity where it matters most. Factory synthetic grease fills the bearing reservoirs for excellent friction reduction and long service life without maintenance.

Inside each case-hardened bearing cup, thrust washers eliminate metal-on-metal contact between the trunnion ends and the bearing caps. This prevents galling and reduces operating temperatures—critical for high-RPM applications where heat buildup accelerates wear. The outside snap ring design provides secure cap retention in standard driveshaft yokes.
