Description
This is one of racing's most popular pedals for floor mounting two brake master cylinders with a bias balance bar. The Wilwood 340-13831 floor mount brake pedal assembly delivers the precise brake bias control demanded by serious racing applications, allowing independent front and rear brake pressure tuning through its integrated balance bar system.
The pedal features all-aluminum frame and arm construction with steel pivots, mounting studs, and an anti-skid waffled pedal pad. The high-strength reinforced I-beam style forged pedal arm provides a 6:1 ratio--ideal for manual brake applications where mechanical advantage matters. Wilwood's clevis and pivot pin balance bar provides smooth and accurate settings of the brake pedal bias, with a positive detent stop every full turn to maintain adjustment position and keep the driver aware of the current setting.
The pin and clevis pushrod attachment system provides the highest possible degree of misalignment angle for bind-free operation through the entire range of pedal travel. Bias settings can be locked down with the included jam nut, or the balance bar can be attached to an optional remote cable for quick on-track adjustments without leaving the cockpit. The non-skid waffled pedal pad is laterally adjustable for driver preference or clearance as needed.
This pedal accepts any Wilwood vertical mount flange single outlet master cylinder, ordered separately by style and bore size. Designed for racing applications requiring dual-circuit brake systems with precise bias control.
