Pure Vision Grand Touring Camaro TT Debuts at SEMA 2013
Steve Strope, owner of Pure Vision, has made a habit of debuting an amazing build at the annual SEMA show. Last year was the racy Martini Mustang that featured a rare Ford Indy OHC V8. For SEMA 2013, he moved from a stripped race car to a luxury grand touring car in the form of a 1972 Camaro.
Grand touring cars are all about extreme power and comfort, so Pure Vision made sure to go big. Under the TT Camaro’s hood is its namesake, a 427ci small-block Chevrolet from Nelson Racing featuring twin “Mirror Image” turbochargers. The combination is tuned to produce 1,200 horsepower on pump gas and is linked to a T-56 six-speed trans prepared by Modern Driveline.
